Submergible Scrapper​

Submergible Scrapper is to collect the sludge underneath sedimentation tank by using mobility wire to tow the Submergible Scrapper for sludge collection.

* Feature​
  • Submergible Scrapper has automatic switch function, depending on the direction of Submergible Scrapper movement.​
  • It minimizes the sludge disturbance even in case of Submergible Scrapper flip over.​
  • It is the stable structure as it is attached to the wall of sedimentation tank to prevent flip over.
  • It is superior to collect the thorough sludge collection, sunken underneath sedimentation tank.​
  • In case of high turbidity inflows, Submergible Scrapper is able to operate in certain range where sludge highly remains.​
  • Auxiliary Submergible Scrapper prevents sludge remaining in sedimentation tank.

Chain Flight Sludge
Collector​​

It is a device that collects the sludge precipitated using a FLIGHT and a scraper that rotates in a caterpillar type in a hopper at the front end of the sedimentation basin, and transports suspended matter generated on the water surface to the rear end of the sedimentation basin.

* Feature​
  • It consists of a drive device, a chain for the body, a sprocket wheel, a shaft and bearing, a flight, a guide rail, and other safety devices.​
  • IIt is divided into metal type and non-metal type depending on the material, and the metal type uses stainless steel, and the non-metal type uses FRP, Nylon, Polyurethane, and Polyethylene.

Circular Clarifier​

This is the device that will be installed on the primary and last sedimentation basin to collect the sludge settled on the bottom to the central hopper..

  • This circular sludge collector can collect the sludge to the central hopper continuously.​
  • Peripheral driven type, center driven suspension type, surroundings driven type.​
  • Customized design and production depending on the inflow characteristics such as sewage, wastewater and purified water.​
  • Economically efficient as the required low power compare with the size of the basin.​
  • Applicable to small and large scale of treatment plant.​
  • It leads to even inflow rate, slowing down the water flow.​
  • This unit can be applied to all scales of circular sedimentation plants.

Fine Screen​

It is installed in the inflow waterway of the sewage and wastewater treatment plant and is used to protect the pump by removing the inflowing contaminants.

* Feature​
  • The screen is driven by connecting two carrier chains between the drive shaft and the sprocket of the underwater shaft, and the rake attached at regular intervals on the chain penetrates the screen to scrape off impurities.​
  • According to the spacing of the necks, it is divided into small screens and fine screens. In general, the spacing between the small screens is 40~70mm and the fine screen is 20~40mm.​
  • It is a type of lifting contaminants from the rear of the machine.

Dissolved Air Flotation​

The Dissolved Air Flotation system is a method for removing light contaminants in sewage or wastewater, and is used to levitate and remove contaminants in water by reducing the specific gravity of suspended matter using fine bubbles.

  • It is used when the specific gravity of the suspension is small and sedimentation does not occur, such as wastewater treatment containing oily components with light density, or pulp recovery in paper waste.​
  • Used to remove algae particles.​
  • Concentrated biological sludge removal.​
  • Removal of suspended solids from industrial wastewater effluent.

Carbon filter​

The Dissolved Air Flotation system is a method for removing light contaminants in sewage or wastewater, and is used to levitate and remove contaminants in water by reducing the specific gravity of suspended matter using fine bubbles.

  • Adsorption and removal of SS, chromaticity, and stench contained in water.
Sand filter​

A sand filter is a device that fills a pressure tank with gravel and sand and passes influent water through it to remove turbidity components containing suspended substances.

* Feature​
  • Removal of SS and Colloidal.
  • Suspended material remaining on the filter layer during passage through the filter can be removed by backwashing.
